New Mayberry in Old Town Sherwood.

Located 15 miles southwest of Downtown Portland, Cannery Row apartments is a public/private partnership with the City of Sherwood. It included redeveloping a 6.5 acre site on a former cannery property in the heart of a Mayberry-like historic town.

The property includes 101 apartment units and 131 surface parking stalls. Construction began in July 2012, the building opened in June 2013, and sold in June 2017. Green Light assisted in all aspects of development from project conception through execution and lease-up. The asset was built for $12.5MM and sold five years later for $22MM.
