Attwell Off Main

Attwell Off Main is a 163 unit mixed-use apartment building close walking distance to the City of Tigard, Oregon’s downtown.

The project was developed as a public-private partnership with the City of Tigard on the City’s former public works maintenance yard. Part of the structure included purchasing the land from the City and being awarded a 10-year property tax abatement through the State of Oregon’s vertical housing tax credit program.

Attwell Off Main was built with a diverse unit mix and extra common area that fosters a sense of community and diversity amongst residents. The design also seeks to connect residents and neighbors to the adjacent nature trails of Fanno Creek and the amenities of Downtown Tigard.

The asset sold upon stabilization in 2018.
