D Street Village
Story: Green Light and Capstone Partners provided turn-key development advisory services to the long-time landowner, transforming a once vacant grocery store and parking lots into a three-building mixed use development located on the "50 yard line" of Portland's Southeast Division Street corridor. These assets along with Urban Development Partners' nearby assets brought an urban scale to the Division Street Corridor, realizing a vision laid out by Portland's city planners many years before and enabling a vibrant and walkable streetscape that is now home to some of Portland's favorite restaurants and retailers.
